He doesn't handle it well as he throws himself into partying, women, and drugs.. The drugs beat him up pretty badly and he must decide whether to sucumb or to fight his addiction. I felt the author got to the heart of the matter. Well written it makes me want to get to the heart of the story. I will be reading Aces Wild soon.Product details

Addiction is a real illness. The rocker Ace finds this out the hard way. Young and newly discovered and a heart laced with pain he's looking for the numbness. You can't get better until you hit rock bottom.
Sooo happy This book was made it answered so many questions I had about Ace's wild ! this series is a great read! now off to learn more about Mel's past! Eeeeeeekkkkkk must read!! )

I just finished this this morning I loved how much of it felt so real! Ace and Mel have had it rough but they met and their sparks for each other and are lit to flames!!! I enjoyed every second and you will to now I am off to read What happened to Ace before he fell off the wagon in Ace's Fall ! woo!
Everything has a beginning and this is Aces. I loved that instead on snips of his past you get to see how it all started. Addiction is no joke it hurts everyone, and this tells how Ace went from one extreme to the next. How drugs just numbed his feelings to everything. Can't wait to read Aces Wild.
